提升机驱动电机振动信号的相关差分振子阵列检测方法

The study of the coal mine motor fault diagnosis based on correlation differential resonator array

摘要: 针对提升机工作时所处环境背景嘈杂,监测得到其驱动电机振动信号中含噪声多,信噪比低,难于根据振动信号诊断电机可能存在的故障问题,提出利用相关差分振子阵列的方法检测提升机电机设备故障。该方法利用相关分析去除信号中的噪声信号,再利用差分振子阵列对提升机振动信号中可能包含的频率信号进行检测,研究结果表明相关差分振子阵列检测方法可以准确诊断出提升机驱动电机内圈和转轴不对中的故障隐患。

Abstract: There is more powerful background noise and lower signal-noise ratio in mine motor and it is difficult to diagnose equipment fault signal. In order to solve the problem, the method of correlation differential resonator array for mine motor equipment fault diagnosis was proposed. According to applying this method to detect the vibration signal of mine motor axle stretch end, the result showed that correlation analysis could remove the background noise in vibration signal of mine motor axle stretch end and improve the signal-noise ratio. The differential resonator array could detect the motor signal with different frequencies and be accurately diagnosed the hidden faults in mine motor. Correlation differential resonator array was a new fault diagnosis method for mine motor.
